Jesus Christ, look at these goddamn puppies. Most of them don't seem to quite get the concept of "legs." Oh, and bonus points for the background music. Rock!! (Is it bad that I can picture that entire musical number in my head?)

That's because you don't need legs under the sea. What kind of effed up kennel place is that, anyway? Looks like a jail cell.
The background song seems to be "Sous la Mer (et dans l'Étreinte de la Mort)," a rare track by Noir Desir, though a version of it that I don't know.
Also: cute!
